We loved Pitkin House. Location was great and property excellent. Even though our first property became unavailable Colorado Rocky provided an alternative that was a huge upgrade that was above and beyond. We loved the hot tub, deck and view. Quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much.

Absolutely delightful stay!

The staff was friendly. Maintenance had just fixed a reported problem when we arrived, but we had no issues.

The condo was clean and well-appointed. The furnishings were new and comfortable including a king-size Casper bed. The condo and kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There is plenty of seating on the balcony for relaxing and watching the creek run by. We enjoyed stepping right outside to the rec path, to hiking or just for a walk down Main Street. Some small pets might need to be carried up the two flights of stairs, not a problem for us. Were used to that. The location is a nice central location between Dillon, Silverthorn and Keystone and Breckenridge. Frisco is probably the most pet-friendly place weve stayed, with pet-friendly shops and restaurants. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!
