-$3,000 security deposit
-$1,500 cleaning fee (6 hours professional cleaning, commercial laundry of blankets, comforters, mattress pads, throw rugs, and commercial carpet cleaning)
-$49 Damage Insurance
-Rental application required for all tenants - Please email [email protected] to request an e-sign application. Full name and email addresses for each applicant required.
-1st, last, 1st/last utilities payment, security, cleaning, and damage insurance required at signing
Description
The Troll House is a 3 bedroom pet friendly cabin just 6 miles to Breckenridge, CO. The home is available for the winter 2023/2024 season for 6 month rental starting November, 2023. The home is so named for its location on the intersection of Troll Rd. The beautiful exterior of the home has ornately carved shutters and decks, and is located in a quiet area with plenty of space for your dog to play outside. The home has many new furnishings and kitchen tile installed in the winter of 2019.
The main level of the home has a kitchen with new tile floor (2019), granite counter and sink (2020). The adjoining dining area with new wood floor (2020) has a large dining table to seat 8. There is a private first floor washer and dryer in the closet in the kitchen. Down the hall, there is the first guest room with new queen mattress, bed, dresser, and nightstand. The guest bath is located off the hall with full tub and shower. New tile, counter, and sink installed 2020. The living room is quite large with a new sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. This room exits to the back deck with a gas grill, and Adirondack chairs surrounding the gas fire pit. Shoveling the deck if desired is responsibility of the tenant. Plowing service for the driveway has already been contracted. Tenant will be responsible to shovel the front entrance steps.
The master and second guest room are located upstairs. The master has a new king mattress, and a balcony off the backside of the cabin. The guest room located on the front of the home has two new twin beds, mattresses, and dresser. These rooms share a full guest bath off the hall. The guest bath has new tile, granite counters, and sink in 2020.
