Located just over the river from historic downtown Frisco, this cozy, two bedroom plus den vacation condo is the ideal spot for your next Colorado Rocky Mountain Vacation! 

Upon entering the condo is a double closet on your left with games, extra chairs, a broom and vacuum. Continuing down the hall is the living and dining room. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace (with extra firewood provided on the balcony), a 27” TV and DVD player and queen sleeper sofa. The modem is located under the TV and the thermostat is behind the sleeper sofa. The sliding glass door leads to the balcony with 2 chairs for relaxing in the fresh mountain air and a gas grill.

To the left of the living room is the den which includes a seating area with 2 chairs and a twin/trundle bed that sleeps 2. Through the den is a full bath with a hairdryer. Continuing past the dining room table (which seats 4) and the fully equipped kitchen, is the 2nd bedroom to your right. This bedroom has a queen bed and vanity with sink, plus extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The master bedroom is located to your left in the hallway with a king bed and full en-suite bathroom with hairdryer.

The *clubhouse is located to the left when walking out of the condo. The doors to the clubhouse say ‘recreation building.’ The clubhouse includes 4 coin-op laundry machines, pool, hot tub, sauna, one shower, lounge with couches and TV, shared kitchen and bathrooms. Please dispose of your trash and recycling in the dumpsters located around the corner to the left of the condo in a greenish shed with a brown door.

With a location that is only four blocks from historic downtown Frisco, three blocks from the free shuttle stop, and just miles away from 6 of Colorado’s World Class Ski Resorts (Just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort) you can’t go wrong in calling this Ten Mile Island condo home for a few days!

  • Masks and physical distancing are required
  • Restaurants: Indoor dining closed. Take-out, curbside, delivery, and to-go service permitted; outdoor/open air allowed only with single-household groups. Last call is 8 p.m.
  • All retail (critical and non-critical) are limited to 50% occupancy. 
  • Spa and salon services will still be available with 25% occupancy.
  • The ski resort will remain open with their current reservation system. They will be limited by the dining requirements and will have no indoor dining options.
  • Public transportation can operate at 50% capacity
