The bedroom to the right has two twin beds. In the closet are extra blankets and pillows and humidifier. The door leads to a full bathroom with a hairdryer. 

Continuing down the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen on the right.  The dining area next to the kitchen includes seating for 4. The open floorplan leads to the living room with a gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, DVD player, books, games and puzzles. The sliding glass door leads to the private balcony with a gas grill, 4 chairs and table.

Next to the dining room and up the stairs is the loft with a king bed, 32" TV and full private bath.

To access the ***clubhouse (open from 10am to 10pm daily) walk out of the unit downstairs and take a right. Walk approximately 200 yards (towards buildings A, B & C) and you will see the clubhouse building and the tennis court past the building to the right.

Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders National Forest, Ten Mile Recreation Trail, the Blue River bike path, and is approximately five blocks from Main Street in Frisco. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County; with direct access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Loveland, and Vail.

There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and plenty of outdoor parking for other vehicles. Guests have all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy their mountain vacation in the clubhouse that offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, and laundry room. Outside there are three additional hot tubs, tennis courts, picnic area and a volleyball court.
