Upon entering the condo the bedroom is on your left with a queen bed and a 27" TV and DVD player. Continuing down the hallway is the full bathroom on your left which includes a hairdryer and a complimentary starter pack of toiletries. At the end of the hallway you will find the fully equipped galley kitchen to your left and the living room. The living room includes a gas fireplace, 45" TV with DVD player, puzzles and board games. In the living room you will also find the sliding glass door leading to the balcony, which includes a gas grill, 3 chairs and gorgeous views of Mt. Royal and Peak 1.
To access the *clubhouse (open from 10am to 10pm daily) walk out of the unit downstairs and take a left. Walk approximately 100 yards and you will go past the tennis court on your right and then the clubhouse.

The location of this property was perfect for us to shuttle between Breck and Keystone. The underground parking was convenient, with easy access to the unit. The Unit itself is dated, and could use some upgrades - but everything functioned as designed.
The 9 year old loved the sofa bed, and her apres-ski bath!
