Description

The Lookout Ridge Town Home is situated on two levels. The main level of the home features a large kitchen, living area, bathroom, dining area, and deck with gas grill. The lower level of the home features the sleeping quarters and two bathrooms.

As you enter the foyer you will find a bench and coat closet to store your winter coats and summer toys. Skis and boots can be stored in the private 1 car garage. 

The large kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, cookware, and utensils. A starter pack of cleaning supplies and paper towels is stocked in the condo for your convenience. Additionally, the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also ample cupboard and counter space for you store and prepare food items. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and the table will seat 6 persons. There are also 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar next to the table. 

The living room features a beautiful river rock gas fireplace. Mounted above the fireplace is a 48 inch flat screen TV. The property is equipped with free wi-fi and cable. Sleep an extra 2 persons in this home with the pull out sofa. The bathroom on the main level has a stand up glass shower, perfect for those guests utilizing the extra living room space. 

The property features two decks; on the main level the deck exits from the dining and living area. Enjoy the fabulous views of Buffalo Mountain. 

Each of the three bedrooms are on the lower level. The master bedroom has a king bed, 28 inch flat screen TV, access to the second deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and hers sinks, deep soaking jetted tub, and a stand up shower. 

The second guest room features a queen size bed, and has shared access to the deck with the master bedroom. The room shares the full bathroom at the end of the hall. 

The bunk room is located at the end of the hall and also shares the hall bath. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size on the top, sleeping a total of 3 people. 

The home has a private washing machine and dryer located in the bathroom on the main floor. There is a *club house with 2 indoor 8 person hot tubs. The tubs are located .1 mile from the town home, its approximately a 3 minute walk. *The clubhouse remains closed until further notice due to covid. 

Centrally located in Dillon, this town home is a great base location to explore the area summer or winter. The Town of Dillon is just a half mile away, there are sidewalks and pedestrian crossings to get you there safely. Pug Ryan's Brewery and the Arapahoe Cafe are the town favorites for dining or happy hour. Easily access Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge and Copper. If you are looking to explore a little further out to say Rocky Mountain National Park, the property is just one mile to I70.

  • Owners and/or entities responsible for the booking and renting of short-term lodging units must validate and confirm the identity and group size of all renters upon arrival to ensure compliance with this Order.  
  • Masks and physical distancing are required
  • Restaurants: Indoor dining closed. Take-out, curbside, delivery, and to-go service permitted; outdoor/open air allowed only with single-household groups. Last call is 8 p.m.
  • All retail (critical and non-critical) are limited to 50% occupancy. 
  • Spa and salon services will still be available with 25% occupancy.
  • The ski resort will remain open with their current reservation system. They will be limited by the dining requirements and will have no indoor dining options.
  • Public transportation can operate at 50% capacity
