Keystone Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are just 5 and 10 miles away. Take the short drive or walk 200 yards to the Free Summit Stage Bus Stop to get to the resorts easily. Access to the main shopping plaza for supplies and groceries could not be easier, it's just a mile away. Hop on I70 nearby and explore nearby towns of Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
The condo is located on the second floor, and is accessed by one flight of interior stairs. Situated on one level, you will enter into the main living space featuring dining area, living room, and kitchen. At the heart of the room is a 55 inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, blue tooth speaker, and wi-fi. Find your favorite show and kick back on leather sofa with sofa sleeper. Welcome in the sunshine and summer breeze from the sliding glass door. The private balcony has a 2 person bistro table, and great mountain views.
The kitchen has new granite counters, and is fully equipped with all of the flatware, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare meals. The kitchen also has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen has 3 barstools at the kitchen counter, and there is also a dining table for 4.
The bedroom is located at the end of the hall and has a queen bed. The bathroom is located off of the hall. The vanity is located at the end of the hall, and the shower and toilet have a separate door for added privacy.
Onsite amenities include coin-op washer and dryer, sauna, outdoor parking for 2 vehicles, and free Summit Stage Bus (200 yards).

- No more than 10 individuals indoors and/or outdoors from no more than 2 households at short term lodging operations. * This property has a maximum occupancy of 4 people per Summit County Short Term Rental Regulations.
- Owners and/or entities responsible for the booking and renting of short-term lodging units must validate and confirm the identity and group size of all renters upon arrival to ensure compliance with this Order.
- Masks and physical distancing are required
- Restaurants: Indoor dining open at 25% occupancy with a maximum of 50 people. Take-out, curbside, delivery, and to-go service permitted; outdoor/open air allowed. Last call is 9:30 p.m., take out alcohol sales permited until 10:30 p.m.
- Public transportation can operate at 50% capacity
