The corner unit condo is located on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo has been fully remodeled in late 2022, and is fully accessible. As you enter the condo the bedrooms are located at either side of the entrance. To the right, the master bedroom has a king size bed, large smart TV, and en-suite accessible bathroom. To the left, the guest room has 2 new twin XL beds. The guest room shares the second full bathroom located off the hall with tub and shower. 

The living space is located at the other end of the condo. The kitchen has been remodeled with and open floor plan, and is fully equiped with pots, pans, utensils, and flatware. It has all the small appliances like crockpot and standard 12 cup coffee maker that you will need. The large living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chair, and a lare smart TV. There is also a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night. The french doors that were just installed in 2020 open up to the balcony with mountain and complex views. 

The complex has a common use clubhouse with 3 large outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, small 4 person indoor hot tub, racket ball court, tennis court, and volleyball court. The clubhouse is just on the other side of the D building, and is a very short 100 yard walk. There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and plenty of outdoor parking for one other vehicle.
