The living room has a leather club chair and sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of granite couter space to prepare meals, 3 barstools at the breakfast bar, and all new black matte appliances. Just next to the kitchen there is a dining table for 4 persons.
The bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen size bed with a new mattress, headboard, and flat screen 50 inch TV. There is a large closet to store and hang clothing. The room is bright with windows on either side with mountain views. There is also a celing fan to keep you cool on sunny Colorado afternoons. The condo will sleep a total of 4 persons with the built in sofa sleeper in the living room.

I had two conversations with Kristin (one because I parked in the wrong space 3 - doh!). She was very pleasant and helpful both times.
Property
We enjoyed our stay in a well-equipped, clean, quiet, comfortable unit. The WiFi worked great as did the Xfinity TV. The kitchen equipment was good quality and easy to find. We cooked all our meals because of COVID 19 restrictions, so really appreciated this feature. We were close to both downtown and to the trailhead for the North 10-Mile Creek Trail, which offered a nice snowshoe experience.
