The Sail Lofts Condo 104 was newly constructed in 2019 with an open floor plan, large bright windows and fine finishes. Each window beholds a view over the town and mountains. There are two balconies that open to the mountain air with french doors off the living room and dining space. The living room has a leather sofa and arm chair that is grounded by a gas fireplace with a 60 inch flat screen Smart TV (with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube TV) mounted above it. Enjoy complimentary wi-fi and bluetooth speaker as you lounge with the soft blankets and fluffy pillows.
The dining room opens to the larger of the two balconies, and has a large table for 6. There are also 3 barstools on the breakfast bar. The quartz counters in the kitchen are in an L shape with a large sink and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equiped with flatware, cookware, and utensils.
The guest bedroom has a full size bunk bed, flat screen Smart TV and shares the bathroom off the hall. This bathroom has a full tub and shower and can be accessed from the bunk room. The master bedroom is located off the living room and has a queen size bed, 54 inch flat screen Smart TV, and a small desk perfect for catching up on emails. The ensuite bathrooms has his and hers sinks with granite counters, and a stand up glass shower.
At the entrance to the condo there is a large coat closet to store your winter layers. There is also a private washer and dryer in the closet located off the kitchen. Other onsite amenities include a parking space in the heated garage, and storage closet to store you skis. The closet is large enough to hold 1-2 adult bikes. Biking is very popular on the paved Summit County Recreation Path just a block away. The path follows along the lake and can be enjoyed by foot as well in the summer or winter months.
Be sure to take a look at the concert line up in the summer months at the Lake Dillon Amphitheater, this beautiful venue looks over the lake and features a combination of free and paid shows. Another not to miss summer attraction is the Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar is just about a half mile from the condo in the Dillon Marina. In the winter months the location is central to four ski resorts! Keystone Resort is just 6 miles East of the condo, and you can take the free bus that picks up just a short 100 yard walk from the condo. Arapahoe Basin, Copper, and Breckenridge Resorts can also be accessed via the free bus or within about 20 minute or less drive. Not only are the resorts near by, but you are within walking distance to breweries and restaurants in town. The shopping plaza is a mile away so you can easily pick up groceries or any last minute items you may have forgotten. If you are looking to explore a little further out, highway I-70 is just 3 miles away so you can easily access other areas such as Rocky Mountain National Park or Vail for the day.

This property was amazing in every aspect. The full kitchen with dishes made it so we could make breakfast before skiing every morning. So much better than fast food or spending a mini fortune on the slopes. The wifi was lightning fast, which was a great surprise compared to other places I have stayed in the past.
Overall, this property is perfect for a group of 4-6. The only thing I wish it had is a hot tub somewhere on the property, but that's just me trying to find something to nag about.
