Frisco Marina
The Frisco Bay Marina, situated west side of the beautiful Dillon Reservoir, is a certified clean marina. The Town of Frisco explains, “To receive certification, the Frisco Bay Marina met the program’s rigorous criteria and must adhere to a set of on-going standards and requirements. These standards reflect best management practices for minimizing the environmental impact of boating and marina operations”.
This marina provides visitors access to 27 miles of shoreline and the 3,300 acres of Lake Dillon. The marina shop offers rentals of all kinds, including:
- Canoe and kayak rentals
- Stand up paddleboard rentals
- Sailboat, powerboat, pedal boat and fishing boat rentals
- Fishing pole rentals
They also offer some great guided tours and lessons, including:
- Sailing lessons and tours
- Guided fishing tours
- Guided kayaking tours and lessons
- Guided stand up paddle boarding tours and lessons
Did you forget to pack something for the lake? The marina retail shop sells everything from sunglasses to hats to clothing and accessories.
Dining at the Frisco Bay Marina
After spending the day out on the lake, head to the Island Grill patio for a Dark and Stormy and fish tacos or a burger and beer. Looking to bring lunch with you on the lake? The restaurant also offers an expansive take-out menu!
Throughout the summer, the Frisco marina hosts a variety of fun events like the Kids’ Sandcastle Competition and Frisco Triathlon. Island Grill also provides free live music on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm.
