Upon entering the home is the mudroom, with a heated floor, large bench, plenty of clothes hooks and cubbies. To your immediate right is the locked owner’s closet. Continuing to the left is the living room with spectacular views of Peak One, a large wood-burning fireplace and stunning floor to vaulted ceiling windows. The living room also features a large flat screen TV, cable, a DVD player and plenty of board and card games to play. Head out to either of the two decks to enjoy the forest views and the sound of the creek bordering the property. The front deck includes patio furniture, and the back deck includes a gas grill, table and 3 chairs.
Past the living room is the cook’s kitchen featuring custom walnut cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, dual dish wash drawers, and a large center island. Perfect for entertaining and well equipped for the inspired cooks. The kitchen opens to the dining room with contemporary seating, a table that expands to seat 8 and a sit up breakfast bar for 4. Stretch out on the bench seat with views of the creek and Mount Royal.
Down the stairs and to the right is the door to the garage, where you may park your vehicle and store skis and boots. The home is perfect for small groups or multiple families with two bedrooms downstairs: one with two bunk beds, a 2nd flat screen and DVD player, and the second with two twins. At the end of the hall downstairs is a full bathroom with a hairdryer, and front loading washer/dryer.
Upstairs from the living room and to the right is a large bedroom with a new king bed, small desk, California closets and great views of the Arapahoe National Forest. A beautiful bathroom is next door with glass enclosures and custom cabinets.
Upstairs the master features a king bed, en-suite modern bathroom with heated floors, glass enclosures, glass tiles, floating vanity and California closets. A bench seat and large window opens to the sound of the creek below.
Need to work throughout your stay? Not a problem, as the home offers high-speed (5G) wireless internet, wireless printer, scanner, desks in the master bedroom and second bedroom, and an iMac in the master.
There is a 1-car garage with snow toys and summer games. Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway.

- Restaurants: Indoor dining open at 25% occupancy with a maximum of 50 people. Take-out, curbside, delivery, and to-go service permitted; outdoor/open air allowed. Last call is 9:30 p.m., take out alcohol sales permited until 10:30 p.m.
