When you are done exploring Colorado’s playground for the day come back and enjoy the 1,050 square feet of room, where you can cook a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Warm up in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace or warm up in the common area hot tub and take in the fresh mountain air.

As you enter the condo the roomy kitchen is on your right with an open view to the dining and living area, so you don't feel excluded as you are preparing meals. There is also a counter with barstools for extra seating if desired.  The dining room seats 6 at the table and 4 more at the bar.

There guest room is on your left after you enter the condo. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan for your convenience. Immediately after the guest room you will find a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. You will find the master bedroom on your left just before the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, extra large closet, tv, and private bathroom with a shower. 

 Off of the living area you can sit out on your private deck and take in the pine scent or watch children as they frolic in the snow   at  Carter Park. Maybe you can catch some rays as you use the common area BBQ grills and hot tubs. With this sort of location and comfort you are bound to have the ultimate mountain vacation!

One hundred percent of this condo's electricity is provided through Excel Energy's Windsource Program that increases renewable energy production in Colorado.

The Atrium complex will be under construction April - September 2021 for an exterior remodel with new windows and hot tub area reconstruction.

Unit 106 was great for What we paid. The furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. My only complaint was the bathroom sinks didnt drain properly. Location was perfect, just steps to free shuttle and walking distance to downtown Breckinridge. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.
