This room has been painted in the fall of 2020.

The first floor is dedicated to living space, a large living room exits to the first balcony furnished with wicker love seat and chairs at the front of the home. The living room has been updated with all new furniture, large smart flat screen TV, and new luxury wood vinyl flooring throughout the living level (Fall 2020). There is a gas fireplace to warm you up after a long day out in this winter wonderland. The kitchen and dining area are on this level too. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.  There is a balcony outside of dining area with a gas grill. A private washer/dryer and powder room complete this level. 

The  second floor is dedicated to the private master suite with queen size bed and en-suite full bath. This room also enjoys a small private balcony off the rear of the home. New mattress installed Fall 2020. Outside of the master has a rocking chair that overlooks the living area for reading or relaxing.
