This is the ideal mountain vacation condo for a group of friends, or a couple of families, looking to plan the perfect Colorado Rocky Mountain Vacation! Whether you want to do some trout fishing in Ten Mile Creek (located just outside your back door), or walk the few blocks to historic downtown Frisco for a day of shopping and dining, or perhaps drive just a few miles to six of Colorado's World Class Ski Resorts (just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort) the location of this condo is fabulous!
Once you enter you will find a bench and coat racks, so you can sit down and take off your winter gear. The master bedroom is the first door on your right and it has a king size bed, a smart tv, and a private bathroom with stand alone shower. Directly across from the master is the guest bedroom which has a queen bed and plenty of closet space for you to store your clothes. A little further down the hallway on your left you will find the 2nd bathroom with has a shower/tub combo. Just outside of this bathroom has a stack-able washer/dryer.
Beyond the bedrooms you will come to the kitchen on your right and dining area on your left. There is plenty of space on the granite counter tops to do your meal prep. You have almost anything you want or need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal or just a quick cup of coffee including a k-cup coffee maker. A small bar area overlooks the kitchen area with 2 bar stools. The living area is a sunk in style living room below the kitchen. After you take a few steps down you can take a seat and enjoy the wood burning stove or watch your favorite tv show. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for 6 people. Just past the dining area, there is a bunk area with a Captains bunk (full on bottom and twin on top). This sleeping area is separated by a curtain for privacy as desired. Kids can have their own sleeping space, and after bed time parents can enjoy the living space without tiptoeing around the sofa sleeper.
Don't forget to step outside the back door and fire up the gas grill while you enjoy the sound of water flowing in the creek. It's the perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
From the moment you walk through the front door, this cozy seven person condo will have you wanting to stay forever. One issue with garage key that was resolved very quickly. There was not a garage key in the lock box. Within 30 minutes after a call, a key was dropped off

The condo was very clean, and spacious. Although we didnt cook any meals while there, the kitchen was completely ready for any type of meal preparation. Sitting on the deck listening to the river was very soothing. My only complaint was the limited number of windows that open as it was a little stuffy when we checked in and it wasnt until the next morning that it really cooled down. The location was perfect, very close to downtown, yet very secluded while sitting on the deck.
