How to Prepare for Your Mountain Vacation



What to Expect & Helpful Hints
Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts wants to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations.  To achieve this, we require all of our owners on our rental program to provide the following standards for each property.  We do our best to keep inventory of these items, and to keep them in excellant condition to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  This list will hopefully better enable you to plan for your stay with us.  If you require any additional items for your unit, please contact our office throughout your stay and we will be happy to do our best to further assist you.

Your rental condominium, townhome or private home will be clean upon arrival and will be clean at departure.  We do provide daily houskeeping services including towel/linen exchanges for a nominal fee.  Prices vary based on size of property and service requested.  If you would like cleaning services during your stay, please contact our office at 970-668-5151. Are you prepared for the Traction Law? With winter weather expected this weekend, it will likely be in effect. The law requires motorists to have snow tires, mud/snow (M+S) tires, or a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle. All tires must have minimum 1/8 inch tread.

What to Expect PageItems that are INCLUDED in your rental property:
  • All linens including sheets, pillow cases, blankets and comforters.  Flat sheets, pillows and pillow cases and blanket are provided for sleeper sofa when applicable.
  • A supply of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and a bath mat is provided per bathroom.  2 kitchen towels and 1 wash cloth or sponge.  
  • Fully equipped kitchen in all units except Wayside Inn.  All properties are individually owned and items will vary unit to unit.  Basic items including cookware, table settings, and appliances such as stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer and coffee maker (coffee filters not provided) will be provided. 
  • A welcome supply of paper products:  1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 box of tissues per bathroom.
  • A welcome supply of soaps:  1 bar of hand soap per sink, 1 body bar per bathroom, dish soap, and 2 packs of dish detergent.
  • 2 extra kitchen trash bags plus one in trash bin
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Hair Dryer
  • Most properties have a land line for local and 800# access, but not guaranteed at all units.

Items that are NOT INCLUDED in your rental property that you may want to bring:
  • Food products, spices, condiments, and basic cooking supplies (i.e. salt, pepper, flour, sugar, oils, etc.) are not supplied.
  • Laundry Detergent is not supplied.
  • We recommend that you bring any specialty items if needed throughout your stay.
  • Toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo/conditioner etc. are not provided.
  • Housekeeping including daily and mid week cleans and towel exchange are available for a nominal fee.  Please contact our office to schedule additonal services or you may request at check-in.
