Spring attractions:   If you love wild flowers the best place to go is out to the mountains in Summit County. The mountains light up with the new life of the new year and the fishing is always best right after the ice melts off of the lake.

Summer attractions: During the summer the lake opens up for boating, sailing, swimming, and fishing. There are hiking and bicycling trails all through the mountains. You can visit historical sites like the Ute and Arapaho Native American villages, old mining towns and museums. You can take a ride horseback. There are also more mainstream ways to spend your time like golfing, fishing or shopping in any of the towns in the area.

Winter attractions:  During the winter there is as much to do as any other time of the year. If you love winter sports Colorado is the place to be. There is snow boarding, skiing, and ice skating. If you want to take things a bit slower you can also go ice fishing or just sip cocoa in your rental cabin.

Fall attractions: In the fall the leaves change colors and the animals abound. This time of year is a photographers dream. Especially when set in the glorious mountains of Colorado. There is no better place in the world for watching wildlife than in the great outdoors and there is no better time for that than while hiking or fishing the rivers.
